4. Payment & Compensation

Approved influencers may earn commissions based on referral performance. Payments are processed weekly, provided all conditions and requirements are met. Fraudulent activity, non-compliance, or misleading promotions may result in suspension, non-payment, or termination from the program.

5. Content & Branding Guidelines

Influencers must represent Bright Path Partners professionally and ethically.

Misleading, false, or offensive content is strictly prohibited. Bright Path reserves the right to request content modifications or remove influencers from the program if brand guidelines are violated.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Bright Path Partners remain our intellectual property. Influencers may only use approved promotional assets in accordance with our branding guidelines.

7. Termination & Violations

Bright Path may terminate participation at any time for non-compliance. Influencers may cancel their participation with a written notice. Fraud, brand misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms may lead to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bright Path Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation. Our liability is limited to the amount earned by the influencer in the program.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before legal action is taken.
